Please note that the carrier will deliver your order curbside and will not bring it into your home, garage, kitchen, or elsewhere. Kindly arrange assistance if needed.

        Order Cut-Off Time:

        Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the same business day.

        • Shipping time: 4-12 business days

        Shipping Time and Tracking:

        Tracking number(s) will be sent to the email provided within 2-4 business days after the order placement date. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Shipping typically takes 4-12 business days after the processing date.

        LTL Shipments:

        Large and heavy items such as furniture, electronics, or items exceeding 155 pounds will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the shipment upon delivery.

        Damaged Packages:

        If the box has clear damage upon delivery:

        • Take clear photos of the damaged box.
        • Refuse the package and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.
        • Email sales@modernhomesteadco.com with your issue and photos.

        Damages to the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

        Return Policy:

        All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, never installed, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

        Shipping Zones:

        Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories. International shipping, including to Canada, is not possible. Returns for shipments outside our shipping range will not be honored.
